Epping Forest Industrial Association have successfully managed the Loughton Seedbed Centre since its inception in 1988. In 1989 on completion of the development, it assumed the role of managing agent to Prospect Business Park in Loughton, and in 1999 took over the management of the Latton Bush Business Centre in Harlow. All 3 sites are currently 100% occupied. Between December 1999 and April 2001 the Association also managed the Romford Seedbed Centre increasing letting levels from 65% to 100% within 3 months and continuing at 100% enabling the Landlords to successfully dispose of the project in 2001.
