What are the centre opening hours?
Answer: As an Occupant, you will have 24/7 access to your unit. The Management Centre is open weekdays 9:00 – 5:00 pm
Are there any hidden costs?
Answer: No, just the monthly licence fee.
What about business rates?
Answer: Tenants are responsible for their own business rates although many of the units may qualify for Small Business Rates Relief. Please contact Epping Forest District Council for clarification.
Am I responsible for sourcing utility providers?
Answer: We source and negotiate the best rates and charge you as used on a monthly basis together with any secretarial/post costs you have incurred.
Can you provide a private room where I can meet with my clients?
Answer: Yes, we have a conference room available
Is there parking for me and my clients?
Answer: There is ample free parking on site for all occupants and visitors
What is included in the service charge?
Answer: We like to offer excellent value for money so our services include water supply, external maintenance of your unit, random night security patrols, 24/7 CCTV, external buildings insurance, landscaping, refuse collection and cleaning and lighting of communal areas.
Can I have deliveries in my absense?
Answer: Yes, the Centre Manager can allow deliveries to your Unit with your permission or accept deliveries to reception
